the restaurant on the highest floor food was nice and affordably cheap

the swimming pool is scary and the chlorine is still there is like ages did not clean it.

Kenzi ur front desk staff is very welcoming and is always smiling.Room is already cold upon check in.Requests prior to arrival is met.

The floor trap drainage is slow.

The breakfast spread was nice.The staff ( Front desk and Restaurant ) is very friendly and always puts on a smile.Security is also friendly and helpful in carrying our luggage.Room is clean.

Water Heats Up Very Slow when taking a bath.Toilet Floor Trap slow drainage..The first two stays room was already cold when checked in.Our recent stay room was not cold when checked in despite informing our ferry arrival time.

The staff from front office to the breakfast staff to the security was great and helpful. Felt warm while i was there Breakfast was great. Different breakfast daily. On top of that, they do have rabbit pets at the drive way area which makes it special.

The noise from the nearby cafe was too loud till 2am which disrupt my sleep

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Not far away from the town area.

The hotel had a pungent smell as the air conditioning was off at the lobby and common areas. Many facilities were not functional.

Facilities was well maintained. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Even went an extra mile of customer service. A pleasant stay.

The swimming pool was clean. But there’s a monkey when we were there. Climbing up from the metal structure outside. Seems like they wanted to attack us. My gf got scared and ran up to the room. We didn’t enjoy the swimming.

The room was clean n comfortable.. quite spacious

When i called for room service it takes very long for them to come.. I had to call them twice.. and it happens 2 times.. Check in was a bit slow.. Get us to sit n wait while they get a complimentary drink for us.. But, the drinks never came..

it is situated on a hilltop thus the view is magnificent both day and night as a PMH hotel chain , it keep up the reputation with an international standard Only draw back Batam attracted millions of Singaporean this hotel does not have Channel News Asia (Spore TV )

The none smoking floor smells really good all the time. Good spread of breakfast. At night, there are local stalls and hip cafes along the main road where you can chill and enjoy the city view.

In need of new paint job on the exterior.

The cleanliness of the room at its price is much valuable

Swimming pool need to have renovations,just enlarge them that part can have sunlight and put some greens, also the lobby towards room must have aircons you can smell the carpet which needs washing. also the locations of buffet breakfast are far from each other. like the drinks so far from the food and fruits.

I like the view especially during the evening time..the rooftop view at the hotel was mesmerising..it was in fact the reason that i stayed there in the first place..overall it was an awesome stay....the staff was really helpful and resourseful when i needed help..thanks for the hospitality guys...keep it up..

Didnt like being given a room when actually beside the room that was doing the renovation..the soundproof didn't really help to keep the noise down..the breakfast was bad with little selection

Room was smelling when I entered and asked for room freshener but didn't receive any thing. I asked for somking room n was provided non smoking. It was unfair with us.

The hotel have a good location. Quiet place and not crowded.. Nice hotel! Your towels have a good smell and thanks to your housekeeping team!! :) Bonus fact : The famous spot for local -> Bukit Cinta just in front of the hotel! Such a romantic and cozy place lol You need to go here at night to experience the view of Batam!!

Air-condition for our room not maintaining well... If you have problem with the air-condition, and at the first place don't sell the room to your guest. Did you expect your guest will just accept the room with bad condition like that? Bad experience when we go out all day long, tired then back to our room and Boom! We ring the front office 2-3 times and complaint about this and 2 maintenance staff came to our room and do something towards the aircond.. after some time they asked us to wait. but after waiting 30 minutes the condition still the same!! Yeah we're at Sauna! After that, We go to front office counter and tell them to change our room right away but they still asked us to wait 15 minutes... that's unconsiderate huh? and that time we're superrrrr upsetttt and with the heavy heart we go to our room... Thanks God! 1 guy staff from front office push the bell and say sorry for our uncomfortable experience and then tell us to change to new room and he following us and show our new room... 8.30 pm until 10.20 pm we need to deals with your unconsiderate treatment... Its really long day for us! However... those experience doesn't make us hate this place.. Prolly no luck for us that day..haha Definitely we will come again next time and hopefully with a good experience!

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was relatively clean and nice

The room was up to date and clean. However as we had checked in late, we just wanted to shower and rest. The bathroom was clean except that the overhead shower is spoilt. Water was splashing everywhere instead of down. It was the only upsetting issue but as we were v tired, decided to only feedback during check out. I had problems twice with the hotel even after confirmation from booking.com. About a month before my check in date, i was sent a message asking me for re-confirmation of my room, which is weird as I've already gotten confirmation from booking.com. 2 days prior to my check in date, I received a message saying that they have issues and was unable to confirm my room again!! Asking me to postpone my stay 1 day later which is out of the question as I've already booked all my rrturn ferry tickets and I was only going to stay a night. It was upsetting and frustrating at this last min issue although they finally was able to still secure my room. Funny enough, when the hotel message me that my room was not available 2 days before my stay, concurrently I also receive a separate message from someone I don't know asking me if I need a room to stay on my requested date as they know I have issues with my room at Kings. They mentioned that they were from a travel agency. I was disappointed and angry that the hotel had shared my details with external.parties as they should know better to keep customers details confidential. Hope that booking.com can look into this issue on rooms even when we had gotten confirmation and also the leak of my personal info (my date of stay and contact number) to external parties.

The staff is good

The breakfast was so-so and food not hot at the buffet table , Swimming pool was at basement carpark and look unclean and look run down .If looking to relax at poolside will be real disappointment .
